Oregon Health Authority Seeks to Permanently Adopt Rules to Vaccinate Minors Without Parental Consent.

OHA , Public Health Division, is proposing to permanently adopt OAR 333-003-5000 and OAR 333-047-2000, replacing the temporary rules expiring on Nov 22, 2021. These rules deal with Covid-19 guidance and minor consent. If adopted, minors, age 15 through 17, can receive the C19 vaccinations without parental knowledge. Not only will these rules bypass parents, they’ll set precedence for potentially bypassing parents on a number of other health-related issues in the future.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

OHA invites the public to review and comment on these proposed rules. Oral testimony will be accepted during a public hearing on Oct 20, via video or phone conference. Parents, this is an excellent opportunity to voice your dissent, as well as share firsthand vaccine-injury accounts, verifiable statistics relating to the risks the “vaccines” (all-new mRNA gene therapy) pose, and cite the absolute lack of long-term studies for these emerging medical technologies. Those wishing to provide oral testimony during the hearing, contact publichealth.rules@dhsoha.state.or.us to sign up and receive the conference link. For audio only, call 971-277-2343. Phone conference ID (audio only) is 115 685 587#

The public can also file written comments on the proposed rules. Send your comments to the Public Health Division Rule Coordinator before 5pm on Oct 22:

OHA, Public Health Division

800 NE Oregon Street, Suite 930

Comments can also be emailed to: publichealth.rules@state.or.us
Or faxed to: 971-673-1299
