We can keep tabs on the adverse effects of each vaccine through the FDA “Event Reporting Systems”, Some of these systems are (VAERS), the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), the Biologics Effectiveness and Safety (BEST) Initiative, and Medicare claims data.
Are our freedoms to control our own health hanging in the balance? Oregonians believe that is the case. Our state has been shut down for over a year. Our businesses are in jeopardy as the Governor placed OSHA in charge of financial penalties for noncompliance. Our children lost a year of school and now are ordered by the Governor to mask up for a second year, putting our youngsters in harms way by blocking their breathing. Is this a form of abuse of power? Just recently as the mass vaccine campaign was ongoing, we saw our Universities segregating students by separating the vaccinated from the unvaccinated. This goes against the Oregon Constitution as Article 1 Section 20 states: “No law shall be passed granting any citizen or class of citizens, privileges, or immunities, which upon the same terms, shall not equally belong to all citizens”. The Oregon Constitution directly prohibits any law or regulation authorizing vaccine passports, or creating two standards for vaccinated and unvaccinated. Are “Guidelines” law?
Now that we are upon a new school year, parents have the right to attend their district school board meetings to voice their opinions. Check on your board meetings so that you may attend or send letters to the board voicing your concerns. Call your local and state representatives to do the same.
